The S.T.P. show in Milwaukee March 27th was interesting as crooner Scott Weiland appeared to be “a bit out of it” and either forgot or messed up the words to several songs at one point causing the DeLeo brothers to take off their instruments and leave the stage. This comes after he fell off the stage in Sioux City three days earlier.
OZZY’s 10th studio release entitled “Scream” is coming along nicely. Look for the first single “Let Me Hear You Scream” to debut on C.S.I:N.Y. on April 14th. It’ll play during a scene featuring a prison riot which is kinda fitting.
KORN have decided to leave Sony Music and release their 9th disc “Remember Who You Are” through Roadrunner Records. Look for it to surface in July and the band to be a part of the ‘Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour’ thissummer.
STONE SOUR continue to work on new material in a studio down in Nashville. They’re still in the writing phase so don’t expect a disc until next year. Their last release “Come What(ever) May” came out back in 2006.
And finally . . . Checking the ‘Just Let It Go’ files we see MEGADETH mastermind Dave Mustaine saying his latest release “Endgame” is better than METALLICA’s last disc “Death Magnetic”.
